About the Workplace
The Community Building Administration works to create and develop Nynäshamn's physical environment. Our goal is to create a sustainable, vibrant, and attractive municipality that meets the needs of residents. We work with both the qualities and opportunities of small towns as well as rural areas and archipelagos.
The Strategic Planning Department works in the early stages to ensure sustainability and feasibility, both in the municipality's urban development projects and in individual cases. We support the entire municipality and manage knowledge and experiences. The department contributes to strengthening Nynäshamn's role in the region. We are responsible for central governance documents within the community building area and monitor the municipality's values: nature, water, cultural environment, and rural areas. We also work with environmental monitoring (water and air quality), strategic waste issues, growth, and well-designed living environments, and provide the municipality with geodata and measurement services.

- experience with GIS and digital planning tools.
- experience in project and process management or coordination in early stages.
- experience from working in a politically governed organization.
